Advanced Travel Lost Adjusting System (ATLAS II)

One of DGL's core applications provides accurate up-to-date customer information instantly, enabling fast decisions and prompt settlements. This total application produces everything from Claim Forms through to Cheques and detailed Bordereaux's. The software has been developed over a period of fifteen years and leads the market in most claims processed , is easily capable of supporting hundreds of users and process 100,000+ claims per month.

ATLAS II is the latest version to be released by DGL, this gives the user a fully functional client/server windows based claims system.

Some of the basic functionality of ATLAS II:-

	Provide a security controlled logon system determining individual user profiles with access to all applications.
	Batch Processing - Allows automation of the end of month processing.
	Cheque Printing - Allows authorised personnel to print cheques and integrates cheque numbering and confirmation for anti-fraud purposes.
	Letter Writing - Letters can be composed by the use of standard paragraphs that can retrieve data from the associated claim. The standard paragraphs include the data extract fields which can be imported into a integrated word processor to allow full word processing functionality, including spell checking.
	Letter Printing - Allows multiple customer stationary for the various clients. Letters can be either printed in batches by negotiator or individually. Can also be e-mailed or faxed.
	Recovery Batch System - Enables operators to bank cheques and confirm payments prior to allocation to underwriter account utilising the interest available.

Atlas II provides an extensive 'Claims Handling System' for processing claims. Functionality includes:-
